Where do you ship to?
Currently, I only post to UK addresses. All pieces are sent with first class signed for postage, in hardback envelopes. You will have to pay for postage and the postage price is dependent on each piece, I will send you an image of the receipt and the tracking number. This ensures that the pieces arrive to you or your recipient in perfect condition. However, If there are any issues or damage that occurred during postage I am not liable. This hasn't happened so far luckily!
How long does a piece take?
This depends on the size of the piece asked for and how many subjects are in the drawing, Usually, an A5 piece takes 4 days and an A4 piece takes roughly a week. I have been able to complete pieces in a couple of days but prefer to spend more time getting it perfect for you! If you have a date in mind I do my best to complete this beforehand and with each piece send you updates whenever more has been done.
What is your Refund Policy?
As each drawing has been done personalised for you I can't refund. I keep in contact with clients throughout the process to ensure the piece has been done to their 100% satisfaction before posting.
What happens once I ask for a commission?
I will be in contact with you as soon as I can. We will discuss what you would like and when it would be needed by. A deposit of half the piece's price will be needed before and then the other half before I post the piece. I then draft out the outline to ensure sizing and placement on the paper is correct with you. Afterwards, I keep you updated with the piece until it's completed. Once you are happy I post the piece and you get to enjoy it in person!
Do you only draw dogs?
No, I will draw anything asked within reason. I have previously drawn/painted: cats, birds, people, and vehicles.
How do I pay?
So a deposit will be needed before I start your piece which is half the total piece's price. This can either be done by PayPal or bank transfer. Once the piece is done and about to be posted the other half of the price will be needed, as well as the postage costs.
